Guided short walk to Grand Hôtel Belle Vue listening to an explanation about  the
vision and the urban planning of Octave van Rysselberghe.  Van Rysselberghe
designed, together with Otlet, the ideal sea-resort Westend.

Short visit to the Grand Hôtel Belle Vue designed by Octave Van Rysselberghe
and the pupil of Otlet, Nicolas Lembrée
