The Booktower is one of the 12 buildings chosen by the City of Ghent for the prestigious Shaping 24 project. In this cultural and heritage tourism initiative 12 heritage sites in Norwich are linked with 12 heritage sites in Ghent. The 24 buildings are in the spotlight and are promoted as 'Norwich 12' en 'Gent: 12 x erfgoed'. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
